Upon termination or suspension, your access to the Services will cease, and Unityversity may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

4. Fees and Payment


4.1 Subscription Plans

Unityversity offers tiered subscription plans with fees payable monthly or annually, as specified during signup. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.


4.2 Price Changes

Unityversity may adjust subscription fees with 30 days’ notice. Changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.


4.3 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.


4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.


4.5 Late Payments

Overdue payments may result in account suspension or restricted access until payment is received.


5. Third-Party Services

Unityversity may integrate with third-party applications, but we do not guarantee their availability or functionality. Your use of third-party services is at your discretion and subject to their respective terms. Unityversity is not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions caused by third-party services or their failure to perform.


6. Intellectual Property


6.1 Ownership

Unityversity retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all intellectual property rights.


6.2 Restrictions

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Unityversity’s content or Services without prior written consent.


6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant Unityversity a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely to provide and improve the Services.

Unityversity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unityversity, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.


11. Governing Law
11.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sydney, Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.


12. Amendments

Unityversity may update these Terms at our discretion. We will notify you of material changes via email, platform announcement, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


13. Force Majeure

Unityversity is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.


14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unityversity regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements.


15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
